Hong Kong Milk Tea
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 10 Tablespoons tea leaves or fannings
- 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Add the water to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat, add the tea, and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.
Whisk in the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Refrigerate until cold, and serve over ice.
